Remote Desktop On Windows 7

So, when I go to enable it, I go to "Computer" right click, go to properties, click the "Remote Settings" link, make sure the "Remote" tab is selected, but all that comes up is the "Remote Assistance" box. The box below that, that contains all the remote desktop controls isnt there. Is there another setting somewhere I need to change?

Ya, see though in the "System Properties" window, with the "Remote" tab selected the "Remote Desktop" box with the 3 bubbles isnt there.

I should already be the administrator account. Im the only account on the comp.

are you on home edition? that might not be an option...
