i finished swapping engines on my civic and i went to start it and my starter doesnt turn i dont even hear the solenoid engage. i traced the wires back and theres an antitheft or sumthing spliced into the wiring from the signal wire to the ignition column. i dont no what it is but do u think i can just cut all the wiring from it. splice the signal wire back to the igniton and it should be ok? if any of u can help me PLEASE do.
