ok before i drop in the new engine what should i change? timing belt i know that should i change the water pump? and what else? spark plugs and cables right?

water pump. Check the condition of all the other belts. DOn't forget to put new fluids in.
Blinler fluid, and muffler bearings.
Clutch.
Spark plugs and cables like you said.
Throttle cable. Depending on what car you have.
