i was goin to swap a LS motor to my civic SI hatch plus i was wondering if i can convert it to a type R motor and add turbo to it wat will i need to convert it to a type R and if there is a turbo for it what would be the best to hit 10's or less PlZ e mail me

you can't convert an LS to a type R. who ever told you that is a moron. its a different block. if you want a type R, buy a fucking type R.

if you want 10s or less, you don't want a type R motor.
you have much to learn before you run 15s, let alone 10s

maybe in your case it would be better just to buy the type R badge, and glue a little "T" next to it. Bingo, type R turbo. You can even steal the "T" off of a VW if your ambitious.
