The Aristocrats is an attempt to make comedians tell the dirtiest joke in the world. The raunchiest they can possibly get - So vile that no one can understand it.

This is what South Park did:

****NWS ... Use headphones*******

this seemed farmilliar so i did a bit of searching for this. Apperantly the Aristocrats is some kind of a perpetual joke thats been around since vaudville times. Recently its been rekindled in the public eye as some sort of marketing device for a movie of the same name: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0436078/ . There's also a ton of variations of the joke at: http://www.dead-frog.com/aristocrats/ . Found a movie with this title on emule, so im hoping it isnt just a misspelled version of the aristocats.

I still don't get it.

there is nothing to "get"

the joke always starts the same:
A family walks into a talent agency. It's a father, mother, son, daughter and dog. The father says to the talent agent, "We have a really amazing act. You should represent us."

The agent says, "Sorry, I don't represent family acts. They're a little too cute."

The mother says, "Sir, if you just see our act, we know you would want to represent us."

The agent says, "OK. OK. I'll take a look."

the joke always ends the same:
For the longest time, the agent just sits in silence. Finally, he manages, "That's a hell of an act. What do you call it?"

And the father says, "The Aristocrats!"

its all about how absolutly fucked up and nasty you can make the middle part
