I don't see a price for it listed on that article.
However with only 2,500 being put out very few people will have them, but i would imagine the cost for 1 will also play a role into it.
That 112 mile range is probably figured at a constant roll on a level surface at 30mph. I give it a 40-50 range at best on highway.

top speed is too slow for realistic highway commuting
Any practical primary electric car is stuck to being parallel or series hybrids until batteries improve or get cheaper. Mostly along the improve lines.
