if i knew they were crushing it id take the title to my mom or someone i knew and signed it to over to them....cant crush a car that dont belong to me i know a few people that have done that so the IRS didnt take there stuff! but there has to be somethin unconstitutional about that for real......whut if he was still paying payments on it......i think motorex or who ever he got the car through would be sueing ass by now! or maybe the car was brought here illeagly and thats why they were crushing it?
