timing belt how to

hey guys, is there a timing belt how to thread on the board. I searched for on but didnt find anything, I have a 94 civic DX that the timing jumped on.

mmk get your bottom end TDC, loosen the timing belt, get the top end TDC, put timing belt back on, done
