Tranny Question

Ok, on HMOTORSONLINE.COM they have the B16A1 swap with a S1, Y1, or J1 transmissions.
The only one I see in the reference section is the Y1 for a 95-97 JDM ITR or a 97-98 USDM ITR. They are both for B18C3's which are hydro tranny's which doesn't make any sense to me as to why the would offer that with the swap. Can someone shed some light on this for me?
