transmission problem or clutch?

ok i have a 93 civic ex with a d16z6....the car already needs a new clutch because it is slipping but the other I noted that in third gear it will pop out when i floor the gas....now is that a transmission problem or will changing the clutch solve all my problems?.....a friend told me it might only because its lacking transmission fluid....neone else have same problem?

Its a transmission problem a clutch wont solve that. its probly the detents thats what holds it in gear.

Sounds like a bent shift fork if its poping out of gear

so Ill replace my transmission and this will solve it?........will all d series transmission fit? What transmission is prefered for a turbo application in the long run?
