Broke down again, have to put the running on hold.
Did 5.5 miles on Feb 22nd. pain started around 40 minutes in, and i had to finish out the hour.
haven't been able to run since then, L ankle is messed up.
this time its on the inside of the ankle, i could swear its bone but docs are saying maybe tendonitis, rest/ice/compress/elevate for now and give it some time.
very disappointing.
