Trottle Body Hose

Can somebody tell me the function of the coolant hose that comes from radiator hose to the trottle body, what will happen if I remove this hose .Some guy told me that it's for warming the air in cold countries {b18b1 Motor.

it warms the itnake air in the winter.

if you live down south you can remove it no harm done... if you live in a cold climate, i suggest you leave it on

Do I get a little more power by removing this hose and how do I have to remove it .

maybe a little, when I say a little that means .001 whp. The air going into your intake chambers is a little cooler since your TB is a little cooler.

that in combination with the hondata intake manifold gasket will lower your intake air temps.

speaking of this what is the size of that hose? I think it is 8mm but everytime i go to the shops they say that they don't make it and tell me it is a 10mm but it is to big!!!
