I would say ARP head studs, at least a block guard if not sleeves, eagle rods, lower comp. gasket, and a Hondata s200 with someone who can tune it properly, along with fuel delivery upgrades!
you will be safe with high compression and turbo, as long as its not too much boost and the engine is tuned properly. running 12psi on 10:1CR is almost the same as running 9psi on 11:1 CR. but since boost is lower, the turbo can build the pressure up more quickly with the same final CR. getting any ideas?
Why would you want to boost a ITR?? I say get high comp pistons, cams, ect.
and make it a ALL MOTOR beast. thats what they are made for N/A power.
by boosting a integra type-r you have to change almost everything that made it a type-r.thats what i think.
more power. all-motor cars are expensive and still dont make as much power as turbo cars. you will spend more money for less. you can have a "Honda" ITR that is N/A vs. "The other guy's" turbo ITR and lose, would you rather have "your own" or "someone else's(Honda's)" Type-R?
