I'm looking to put a turbo on my 97 lube. But i don't really know what kind and wich size to get. I would like to get a T66 but maybe it's too much, i don't know i would like your advice?
I'm looking to get around 15psi on daily driven.
What size turbine should i get? Should i change my head gasket and get a high compression one?
what else should be changes when putting a turbo, cam gears? pulleys? injectors? fuel rail?
I'm changing the fuel pump with a high flow one, and changing the fuel filter too, so that's kind of a start.

Well let me know your advice, and i like crazy setup's...so if a T66 would not be to stupid to put, then let me know! :)

Thanks

Well i don't know if i'm right but, high compression less boost? and lower compression more boost? but with high compression i get more torque so more power at start.

tell me if i'm wrong.

what size turbo should i use? should i leave the compression like it is?

would a T66 be too big?
because i wanna have like 300WHP for a daily driven car. OK! probably crazy of me...but hey, i can dreams...maybe it will come true!!!

t66? oh boy...

Prelude2.jpg

get the block sleeved, 9.5:1 forged pistons, rods, etc...

$1000
3" exhaust
injectors
misc parts

$500-$1000
Gauges (boost, oil pressure, egt)

opps, we already broke 11,000.

are you sure you want to get into this?

and please- don't get a t66. you won't make boost on that until 8000 rpms.
t3/t04s will suit you just fine. FR63 or precision sc61/61 will suit you well into the 600+ hp ranges.
