no, it just means to be really cool you need your usdm car to be in japan. that way you have a japanese made car that was sent to america then sent back to japan just to be left in original form...i'm getting a headache....

I remember last year or the year before there were pics of a meet in Japan and many people rocking Rotas, etc....pretty much what you see here in America.
