Oh and on the vacuum nipples: #3 is the dash pot and not needed, #4 should be for the firewall mounted MAP sensor. Not sure WTF #11 is.
You can read up on what a Dash Pot is on Google. I don't run one on mine anymore, have a 5 speed with lightened up 12# flywheel and it shifts just fine.
Whatever #11 is, if it needs repair, no big deal. Pull TB off of engine, drill it out and goto hobby shop and get a piece of brass tubing, cut to length, scuff the end with sand paper, and insert into hole with some JB Weld or other suitable expoxy and let it cure.
Keep the faith bro, you'll get it figured out - it's not that difficult. Plenty of good tech data available online for these cars.
