i have a 99 civic i want to upgrade to a better engine what way should i go. i kno i want to build on the engine definatley turbo whats best way to go? thanks for any help

i dont want to spend more than 5 grand on the swap. i was looking into the h22, b16, or b18 dont kno with one is ideal. i kno i want to b faster and i want something that can take being hard on and that will hold a turbo
