what is this plug? obd2

On the ITR wiring harness there is a 4th cannon plug. What does this go to? Everything runs fine without it plugged in. I have no CEL's .... what could it be?

where is the cannon plug at under the intake manifold? does it have a blue or gray cover on it? if so then you are good don't worry about it

It is with the other 3 on the passenger side. It has 3 wires going to it.
