I am looking for list for my b18b kinda like the one that crxb16 posted. I would like to include internals as well as bolt ons. Thanks guys

250-275 Turbo

Get the LS pistons coated
Scat Rods
Sleeve it...if you got the money
Crower Valvtrain (you could use another brand, but crower is known to be good)
PnP is a must if your looking for more than 300hp

If you sleeve it, keep the Ls pistons, scat rods and PnP you'll be good for at least 400 hp.

now that i abondoned the ls-vtec build im interested in an ls turbo. would you use the crower turbo cams or the ls cams?

I feel like such a n00b. :kick: I want to do a rebuild of my LS engine both bolt ons and internal work, BUT I want to keep all parts OEM.

Budget = Whatever it costs (within reason aka I can justify an OEM rebuild but not aftermarket)

go with aftermarket rods, its worth it.

Get some pistons (OEM are fine) to have CR at 9.5:1 or CR of your choice if your keeping turbo

I am rebuilding my engine for my turbo but I wanna keep cost down so aftermarket rods are out. I am going to re-use my block, pistons, rods, crank, head, valves, springs, cams.

Here is my compiled list for my rebuild

OEM Water Pump
OEM Timing Belt
OEM Fuel Filter
Adjustable Cam gears
OEM Piston Rings
OEM Head Gasket
ARP Rod Bolts
ARP Head Studs
Stage 2/3 Clutch+flywheel

I suggest an Exedy Clutch, whatever stage you feel necassary. They are great clutches for a very good price.

An Ebay Flywheel. I should have taken a picture of mine, it is excellent quality. I was going to resell it if I didn't like it but it really is a great quality peice. I don't care what people say, ebay or not. The shit is worth every penny.

I think he's going turbo, so that may not be the route he wants to take.

And don't you have to shave the rods or something to make them fit?

Oh sorry if you are going turbo do not go with the CTR pistons.
Yeah they take a little coaxing to go in but they work.
