Wiring My 94 Civic Dx

I'm building a 99 civic B16a2 motor to put into my 94 civic. Just checking to make sure I get this all correct. Should I use my Dx harness and then just run wires for the Vtec? And should I get the p30 ecu? Would that be the best ecu to use with hondata? I'm going to be boosting this engine as well. Thanks for all your help!

if you are doing it all at once, get hondata chipped onto a p28.
if you are going na first, then boost/hondata, run the p30.

what you say for the wires is good.
you are probably going to have to change the wiring for the injectors, distributor and alternator though.
