Wutz the difference between the P05 and the P06?

I have 95 civic hatch and made a swap from a D15 to a D16Y7. Which ECU should I use? I also wanna remain obd1.

You are going to want to run the 92-95DX ecu. and you are going to need a conversion harness: http://www.jkobdconversionharness.com/
You do not want to run the 92-95CX ECu as it is 12 valve and the new motor is 16 valve.

Differences between ECUs:

Q30 - O2 Heater control (underneat center metal divider)
program in chip.

So, if you feel handy with a soldering iron, you can do the necessary mods in about 20 minutes.

I also should have a few chipped P06s if you don't want to DIY. I'd give you a decent core value for your P05.
