yes thats almost correct but its a 3 wire.

Now, what is this line for?

And this is my D16A6 manifold. It has this sensor BUT the Y8 manifold DOESN'T. I unpluged it on my mini-me (P28 ECU) and it threw a CEL.

I also still need to know what thoes two big vacuum ports are for.

I figured out that sensor is the IAT, and the Y8 mani doesn't have it. I also read that the small nipple on the back can be blocked off, it was blocked off when I got it.

I still need to know what to do about thoes two big vacuum ports on the front.

Looks like I'm puting the IAT on the intake tube, maybe.

I also found out on the Y8 engines the IAT is mounted on the intake tube.

Since it doesn't have a PVC valve should I go for a catch can?

um no that wont work just find a iat for a 97up and drill a hole in your cold air intake and snap it in it that simple. You will probaly have to extend the wires for the plug to do it this way but it will be just fine

The small nipple on the back is for cruise control, the upper one on the front is for the EVAP purge solenoid, and the lower one is for the breather chamber (the black thing on the back of the block that has the PCV valve).
