zc swap no start

i have a 91 crx si with a zc swap the was in a fender bender then ran like shit, and had a bad oil leak, seals were replaced and the timing belt to. now it wont start. i have spark,fuel,and injecter pluse, it will for about 5 secs when i spay starting fliud in the intake,it was also showing a code 8 i changed the dizzy and still the same shit. what do i do now

Which timing belt you used? I think the problem is there.

not sure i got the car from a buddy that got it from some other guy what sould my timing look like the arrows are up and the hash marks are lined up with the bottom of the head ,i switched injecters and found no fuel in the rail should i hear the fuel pump kick in when i turn the key on

was this car dpfi or mpfi from the factory? if it was a dpfi car check out the distributor wiring to see if the extra wires for the swap are still connected properly.
