What part? South Jersey is goddamn awful. Went to school down there. They love to come to a complete stop before making a turn. And while doing so don't move to the side of the road, so if you're going straight, you have to stop behind them because you can't get passed. And by stop I mean lay on the brake before you hit them because they turned on their blinker a second before they slammed on their brakes to make the turn.
