Its taken you that long to come up with a reasonable decision?

I was wondering today, "What is dickskate doing to destroy that miata today?"

Minus the stickers and stance bullshit and you have a winner.

Yeah, if you took the stupid wheels off of it, and the running board, and put it at a reasonable ride height, then put decent looking wheels on it, had a nice paint job on it, and no stickers you'd have a nice little car. I wonder why Mazda never thought of that.

Post of the year.

That thing would get killed on the roads around here.

been really busy lately, havent done anything to the miata, started a new job at Midas auto care , (was working at firestone) currently getting my ASE certifications, plan on dropping some serious cash in the miata in a short period of time

Serious cash? If a car is worth $1200 does serious cash mean 50% of the value of the car in traded parts?

I could sell my car all day for 3000, theres not a miata on craigslist for under 2500, and those are beat to shit with ripped up tops, these cars deffinatly hold their value, now quit running your cocksucker and go elsewhere if you cant be positive

I thought this was a legitimate question. "serious cash" can vary from one person to another. To me "serious cash" would indeed be $2,000 to $4,000 but for some it could be up to $10,000+

Also just because Miata's in your area are never under $2,500 does not mean that your car is worth $2,500+. It just means that either people in your area are naieve to get that much, or are unrealistic, or they are just not as common there where in some areas every other person may have one. >_>

Let me further the concept of this idea:

Serious cash has to have at least five digits -- not counting cents. Anything less is just "play money." Especially when you're talking about a project car.

OP: You're probably the only one on this board anymore who has less than 10k into any ONE car.

I have more into the suspension on the WRX than his car is worth...
