alright so what do you guys think would be safer and faster. turbo ls vtec with low compression pistons and rod or b16 turbo with low compression pistons and rods.
cheaper for me as in saying the b16 comes with everything with tranny and all 1300 and the b18b is 690 just the motor on the ite im on atleast so id have to buy driffrent head tranmission wireing harness and all that stuff
well i was going to to go turbo ls/vtech but having trouble finding the engine without buying it online but from looking online it looks like the first generation b16 swap would be cheaper then the b18b and it would already have vtec well anyways just wondering if it would be a good idea to bore...
yeah there was guy around here with a turbo ls with 9 psi with a good tune I gues he ran 12.4 stock internals but his motor blew I don't know how long it lasted him
so I'm planning to turbo my car but was wondering what tranny would be best for boost. I'm thinking the gsr but I'm not sure. this would be on a ls or b20
timings right it does the smae thing no matter what maybe bad grounds? or missing a ground? do you guys know where the grounds are in a d16 94 civic maybe im missing some
yup you know already having school payed off after high school is a good start for me is it not? and you konw also getting a full time job right after school paying 35 a year staring isnt bad either. i dont care if you think im dumb i know what im doing. i work just as much you guys do
94 civic d16 zc engine into a 91 crx. everythings wired up eccept the oil pressure sensor. it fires up for a second but then dies can not get it to run. any things i need to double check the timings right.
