i finished the engine swap in my 93 del sol d16z6 used my old tranny which was off a d16z6 and worked fine. finished timing and was trying to move the car over in my garage i put it in 1st rolled it forward then put it in reverse and my tranny just stopped working, even in nuteral my mph are...
ok i have a 91 honda civic dx hatch somethings wrong with the A/T...it shifts hard into 2nd gear...then in order to shift into 3rd you have to get to 35mph and let go of the gas for it to shift...same with 4th except its at 45..is my tranny fucked? i know when i bought the car the kid that owned...
so anyways i decided to go ahead and buy a winter car since i dont wanna drive my del sol in the winter..anyways i bought it with it smoking like a mofo kid thought it was the head gasket turned out he had wayy to much oil in the car..so fixed that problem then noticed the driver side corner...
ok after finishing my swap i noticed something on my d16z6 my old d16z6 one has a nipple coming out of it water pipe on the back of the engine close to the timing belt but my new engine does not? what was it connected to on my old engine and do i need it?

i bought a new gauge cluster off ebay because the kid before me had white face gauges on and fucked up the needles...after looking at mine i realize mine red line is at 7200 rpm and the one i bought red line is at 6500....why? is that gunna mess anything up
