i unplugged the wire for the knock sensor and it still was on. And once i put the p30 back on the check engine light goes off. With the key in the on postion the check engine goes out for the p30 but not for the p28.

i am checking the codes by the way the book says to do it, but my srs light just flashes.

I have a 95 civic ex, with a b16a swap. I was running the P30 until i got the chipped p28 from skunk 2 then i put the p28 in and my check engine light came on, car was also ideling at 1300. please help thanks

i recently put a b16a in a 95 civic ex cpe.(obd1). What do i do about the radiator hoses i can't get any that fit on. The place i orderd the motor from said to use del sol, but they don't work. Also it is really sluggish in first gear under 3000 rpm. any suggestions would be helpful. thanks

I am helping my friend put a 99 si motor into his 95 civic SI. Everything is in but the car dosen't stay running. It runs for a little while, sputters then shuts off. And we checked the compression put new spark plugs in and replaced the fuel rail. So any feedback is helpful. Thanks!

it turns out it had more oil in it then i thought. That was the problem

I just put a Sir II motor in my 95 civic ex. IT runs fine when it just sitting there but after a minute of driving white smoke comes pouring out the back. It doesn't smell like oil or coolant. (i think) and the car is really sluggish. I also know the timing is off. Could that be the problem...

SHould i keep my oringal 1.6 v-tec in my 95 civic and turbo charge it, or should i just replace the motor with a b16a? Or is there a dual overhead cam head i can bolt on?
