where is the ect sensor located on a b16a engine? been lookin for 20 minutes and cant find anything on where its located at

i was drivin down the road today and basically all my electronics shut off headlights and taillights still work but my amp in the bak is out dome light is out cig lighter is out clock and head unit any help? checked all fuses
