So i just put my new clutch in two days ago and first gear is popping (only 72miles on clutch). when i am at a light the i will put the clutch in then into gear, and as i slowly release the clutch it will pop hard at the end of the peddle. As if i am letting out to fast! It is also sticking...
one of my friends is going to sell me his f1 racing clutch stage 3 and I have never heard of the brand does anyone know anything about it and is it good or bad.
freind is doing a gsr swap into his his 2000 integra ls wanted to make sure i got all my stuff right on the harness is their anything that would need to be changed on a ls harness for it to run right on a p72 ecu
i am getting close to dyno'n my car and i was wondering what would be a good program to go with for a n/a model and if i might have to change ecu's. would prefer to keep the ecu i have.

so i have a c5 tranny and got a new clutch and new pressure plate. clutch is stage 4 6 puck clutch and also 12pnd flywheel. my issue is i have no pressure in the clutch. i have to sit and pump it for along time and also on a drive on the highway, cruising and staying in fifth for awhile it loses...
so i have alittle problem every form i go to no one seems to be able to answer my question.
first compression? second what could be my power on this? third what ecu should i run?
