the highest you can bore a B series motor to and still have a block that will handle anything higher than a 8:1 compression would be a b20 to at max a 2.4L and that is pushing it even if its sleaved. the cylinders are too close together for anything larger.. you would have to get almost a 2.8L motor (i dont think honda makes one) then bore it out to a 3.0 or higher L motor. even the C32b motor only produces 290hp stock and it already is a 3.2 L V6(NSX motor) it would be easier to swapa C32B into whatever you were thinking of Building. and doing all the work that way.
That would be One sick Ride a C32B Civic Hatch, or worse a Del Sol with a C32B
