We wired up the knock and the vtech soleniod, but now we have a few more problems. First How do you wire up the fuel injection harness its a large strech, guessing the LS harness isnt long enough. Then we have no idea where to put this plug - http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/bhshotboy/?action=view&current=DSC07381.jpg another look http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/bhshotboy/DSC07382.jpg. We know it plugs into this thing on the LS intake manifold http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/bhshotboy/DSC07383.jpg but where does it go on GSR (Wires are yellow with black stripe, and red with yellow stripe)? Also we found that the LS dosent have some plug going in to some black box directly under the GSR manifold http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y90/bhshotboy/DSC07380-1.jpg. Also how do you wire up the throttle wire because its longer, not only that will the intake fit because the throttle body is lower than the LS. What do you do for these things???????????

Ok, first question, the wires need to be made longer to reach those injectors, you should have gotten a wire harness from the gsr engine, it would have plugged right into your integra and you wouldn't be having thee problems.
Second (and third) that little black box is used for the evap system on your obd2 car. I'm assuming the engine is obd1 so you don't have this, I think it's an evap purge solenoid, you could try to transfer it over and hook it up somehow.
The black box under the intake you are talking about it the gsr's IAB butterfl valve, it is vacuum operated but needs an electrical signal to tell it when to apply vacuum, there should be something at rywire.com that explains how to wire it up.
fourth, you need a throttle cable for an integra gsr (94-00) there is no way around this.
Fifth you will need to use a GSR intake tube, the Ls one won't fit very well if at all.
If it were me doing this swap I would have used the gsr engine, with a matching engine harness (match the harness to the engine by year/OBD) and then just run the wires for vtec, knock, IABs from the ECU to the cannon plugs at the shock towers, it just makes things look alot better because that harness is for that engine and it fits perfectly.

but yea thanks alot, u helped thousands of headaches, cant thank u any more

really? on my brother's 99 integra GSR, that box on the top that is missing on your gsr engine is right on the top of the intake manifold, sort of like in your pic. Maybe you have to get one off a 99+ gsr,
Or just re-use the one off the LS.

yes, you have an integra right? The gsr is an integra, so the intake tube would fit just fine in your car if you got it for a GSR
