lol, I know someone wants some chef boyardee. don't make me eat them all :)
 
Few more PMs. Keep them coming guys. Just order some new colors. Ordered Mirror Black, Bronze Metallic, Candy Blue, Candy Red, Black Wrinkle, Candy Orange, Candy Green, and Candy Purple.

If any of those colors interest you, just let me know. :thumbsup:

Bronze Metallic:

Yea, many covers have a black wrinkle on them already, but that is only paint. Black Wrinkle powder looks the same, but its more durable than paint.
 
I was asked to powdercoat a D16Y8 valve cover with a Candy Blue the other day, and here are the pictures I took along the way:

This is the original condition of the cover, right off the car:

After a simple cleaning and powerwashing:

After sandblasting, I laid a chrome basecoat:

Masked off the letters before the Candy Blue topcoat:


Fresh out of the oven, a new Candy Blue coated valve cover:


And finally, the masking removed from the letters to reveal the final product:
