It was really cool, we were on the ground for about 23 hours yesterday, and it was like a festival, lots of exitement. We were worried about other areas, but looking at the news from them, everywhere enjoyed a relatively success.

yup.

now lets hope who ever wins doesn't get assinated in two days...

Anyways, Yesterda (the 30th) was an amazing day . . . free elections in a country tormented by a totalitarian government for many years.

Something like that, not sure of the exact number. This is the vote for the members that will elect the Priminister (president).

I wouldnt call any election where you have to worry about being shot as you go to the voting stations free.
Besides that, really, what do you mean by a "Free" election?

alright, we all have our own opinions about the elections but this dude is risking his nuts over there, lets not turn this into a political shit storm...

i agree with everyone, it was a monumental day, but no, it's not 'free'. they risked their livlihoods to go out and do it, and that says more than anything... at least... to me. they had a lot of pride doing it, felt very accomplished, and that's what i'm glad for.

Do you ever feel like a puppet, because you are. Just a different kind. I mean really, did you even read all those articles? Or just Google and paste. The Al Jazzera one is only saying that there is no official count yet, and the first one barely mentions the elections.
