He isn't putting it in his motor, he is putting it on the intercooler to cool the intake air further. No tuning necessary.
Personally, I would say that if you were running on a drag strip and had nos running to the motor already, the extra couple of horsepower would be worth it. But adding a tank, lines, spray bar, etc is adding weight that you would carry around all the time for those brief moments of speed when you actually used it. And its not THAT much horsepower that you gain. You wouldn't be able to feel it on an ass dyno. So, I would vote yes if you visit the strip and actually hook up the nos to the motor, then use the spray bar as a secondary thing. No if you are just using the spray bar.
