90 crx si - zc SOHC... no matter what I do I cannot get the ignition timing set properly. It came with the timing belt set like a DX, I changed it to the SI (line with mark rather than two lines even with head)
The ignition timing is either one way too far or the other way too far...
has new fuel pump n filter, have swapped dizzy & ecu. it has new o2 sensor, plugs, wires, cap n button. Redone all grounds, ground to ecu frame from batt neg as well.
What could cause the ignition timing to not be able to set? Strange thing is I replaced the o2 sensor and it never ran better... for like 10 minutes???
Could it be that the wrong timing belt was used? I have had it for a month and drive it for 3 weeks with a slight miss. Any ideas?
