I think you're confused. The P28 is the ECU for a 92-95 VTEC-equipped Civic. The P07 is for the VX; you don't want that computer, it won't run your motor correctly...

Yeah, the VX's VTEC mechanism works differently than the EX's. The VX ECU won't run a Mini-Me engine in stock form...
