Update: just for the hell of it I checked the green with yellow wire again from the ecu to the fuel relay and it still shows between 11 and 12v. But the yellow with green wire that goes from the relay to the fuel pump no long has any volts going through it. So I'm gonna guess the relay is bad...

yea i changed the throuw out bearing, but no i didnt change the master or slave cyliner. i did that once and had more problems so i didnt wanna do that unless necessary. i guess ill try bleeding it again and if i loose pressure again then ill know its def those 2. thanks for the help
