I think austrailia has the all wheel drive civic wagons.. there's all your parts right there. mod em up and go!

Ok! if you want to swap a d16a6 engine. you will need to transfer the hf harness to the a6 motor. I did a similar swap to my 88 crx hf. but you will get a CEL code, if you use the hf pm8 ecu. you will have to use a PM6 ecu out off a 88-91 crx si.
What I have in my car since 2002 daily driver is:
92 dx cylinder head d15b7 $50.
88 hf block d15b6.
felpro head gasket, got it at autozone about $22.
88 crx si transmission $50 I pulled junkyard. you need 88 clutch, 89-91 won't work
88 crx si intake manifold $20.
88 crx si pm6 ecu $35.
dc 4-1 header legit ebay $87.
aem cam gear $67.
5zigen can $120.
I have beat 90-01 integra ls. 2000 civic si, a 92 civic hatch with a d16z6 swap in it. but got beat by a 91 crx hf with b16a in it, by 3 cars.
I get 40mpg hwy, and an average of 32 to 28mpg in cty. engine makes power only 5,000rpm no point reving more.
