if all that has been replaced and assuming the parts are good, Id find a wiring diagram for your primary ignition circuit to verify the integrity of your circuits. All your ckp cmp and tdc sensors are all inside the distributor. If your not familiar with voltage supply and drop testing, id take it to a honda dealer, and be carefull with how much you are cranking it over as dumping fuel down the exhaust can cause catalytic converter guts to melt quickly.
