The easiest swap you can do would be a stock replacement. If you want actual suggestions here then you need to be more specific (your budget, your mechanical ability, etc.)...
No swap is really that hard. Just look around on here and google and make sure you have everything and know what your getting into. A good tool set is a must too. I can't remember how many times I break a crappy ratchet mid project and can't work on the car till the next day when advance opens.
A good thing to do is go to one of these sites like H motors or jspecauto and look at what the full swaps include.
Just make sure you take your time and do it right. I've put about 40 hours of work in the past 4 days or so into my most recent honda becuase of a rushed job by the previous owner.
