94 B18B dies....help

I have a 94 B18B swaped into my 91 crx, my problem is that when it warms up it dies....ive adjusted the idle but it doesnt seem to help....also, im wondering if the intake mahifold is different between a manual and an auto, as well as if these differances will adversly effect idle/performance?.....thanks

The intake manifolds are the same, in fact the throttle body on automatics is larger than the standards and is an upgrade. I suggest cleaning out your iacv and check for vacuum leaks.
