Just need a quick question answered i am swapping my prelude H22A into my accord 2.0l 16v will i need a 2.3 accord wiring harness or can i use the 2.0l one

what accord do you have? you need to list your car model and the years to be able to answer this.

its a 1994 uk spec accord which is my avatar 2.0l 16valve and am swapping in my 1992 preludes H22a

then it should be pre-wired for vtec. both obd-1. should be plug and play. just get the h22 ecu.

yeah you should be good. i dont know about being prewired for vtec, but if youre not you wont have a big issue adding it.
