Antenna broke??

first off im a newb with cars i have a 95 accord

After changing car battery turned on the radio put in the code but i cant pick up any radio stations its all static, it worked fine before changing the battery i dont know anything about cars so i have no idea if theres a fuse blown or anything i tired plugging in a deck and same thing no radio stations

any idea whats wrong or how to fix it

there is a break in the signal somewhere... there aren't any fuses to the antenna. try making sure the antenna is plugged into the radio. if it is then the antenna is fucked... take it out and put a new one in.

^^^yeah there should be a black cable much like the one for T.V's with a metal plug that plugs into the back of the deck.

yeah the antenna cable is plugged in the kind of big black one....i guess ill have to buy a new antenna

yep...go for a shaved antenna... they look like a little raised bump over where your old antenna was. they get good reception and clean up the looks.

Autoloc makes a great internal antenna or hit up a RadioShack or your local auto parts store.
