okay so i just came across a 94 hatch shell that needs an engine, has a good trans.... BUT its an auto, i wanna know all the necessary steps and parts needed to do this swap. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
Fallow that has what you need, there used to be a write up on rewire, but I can't seem to find it, basicly the ingniton and making the car think its in park and wiring up the reverse lights are the only sorta hard parts... but ya thats a good write up hope it helps... later
BTW wrong, lol, Get advice on Hondaswap.com proably much better then a $15 book can provide or some store monkeys that think they know something about hondas
well since youre turing it into such a project, my recomendation would be learn how to cut and weld, buy a RHD front clip, its only like 300 bucks plus a little shipping. that would be the best start of a manual swap. just a thought. btw, why not if you figure it out and become pretty decent, you could charge people to do RHD conversions. once again....just a thought.
