Transfer everything over from you other engine onto the new one. Take the complete intake manifold with injectors, dizzy, and alternator. Then you have nothing to worry about. There is a chance that the older engine has the coolant fan switch that screws into the back of the block. I would leave it in there. Your newer integra probably has the switch on the thermostat housing. So i suggest taking the waterpipe and thermostat housing off the old motor and moving it to the new one also. But check to see where your switch is located first.
