200 is definitly possible. I would try to go a little higher on compression. i'm at 11:3 and i want more. As far as tuning i'll leave it to Mike bergy or someone else to answer that
If you can afford a Type R head get it, but a GSR head will give you higher compression over the B16, and if you throw some PR3 or P30's in there with CTR or ITR cams, your compression should be good with cams to handle it.
Compression shouldn't be the sole reason to choose a GSR head over a B16 head though- the difference is only .2:1. If the cost of a GSR head is too much, you'll still get 98% of the performance of a GSR head with a B16 head.
stock for stock b16 head out flows a gsr head. 200hwp is not to hard to get. you asked what valvetrain to go with, i would say any of supertech, omni power, rocketmotor sports your looking at around $275 avg for any of them.
