he has been running it for about 5 months with no problems, right now i am running 8lbs of boost on my d16a6 with stock internals with no problems, before the turbo kit i was on juice, also with no problems. i know that the itr swap is expensive and thats why most guys are conservative with these motors. but shit they are the best platform so i say with the 1000 buy some forged pistons and a nitrous kit. just my .02
