when you order your chipped ecu you can tell them what you want the vtec crossover to be at, the revlimiter on it, and other little features.

just order a chip with ONLY vtec crossover and no governor.

haha i meant fastest instead of smoothest, however smoothest is cool to cause he can do alot with the fuel just throught the chip...
