Best header for 97 ITR engine?

Just wanted know which header would unleash the most power from my 97 ITR motor?

Also would like to know what piping size is good for a stock ITR with just intake, headers, and chipped p28?

Oh yea I forgot, Is it worth putting an aftermarket intake manifold or ITBs on the Stock ITR engine?
